Last Updated: February 24, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Mnemoss ("Service," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use our Service.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to provide information to the website operators, and to improve the user experience.
2. Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

These cookies are set by Supabase Auth and are required for you to log in, stay authenticated, and securely access your account.
2.2 Functional & Local Storage
While not technically "cookies," the Service uses browser Local Storage to store preferences. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers for tracking purposes.

2.3 Analytics Cookies
We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar). If we introduce analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified.
2.4 Advertising Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not serve ads, and we do not share your data with advertising networks.
3. Third-Party Cookies
The following third-party services may set cookies when you interact with certain features of the Service:
3.1 Stripe
Stripe uses cookies for two primary purposes:
1. Strictly Necessary: Fraud detection and prevention (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid). These are essential for secure transactions.
2. Analytics & Preferences: Stripe may use cookies to understand how users interact with the checkout flow. These are only set if you have opted-in via our Cookie Consent Banner.
For more information, see Stripe's Cookie Policy.
3.2 Supabase
Supabase sets authentication cookies as described in Section 2.1. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function.
4. How to Manage Cookies
4.1 Browser Settings
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- •View what cookies are stored on your device
- •Delete individual or all cookies
- •Block cookies from specific or all websites
- •Set preferences for first-party vs. third-party cookies
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies (Section 2.1) will prevent you from using the Service, as authentication will not function.
4.2 Common Browser Instructions
- •Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- •Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- •Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- •Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
4.3 Opt-Out of Analytics
Since we do not currently use analytics cookies, no opt-out action is necessary. If analytics are introduced, we will provide an opt-out mechanism and update this policy.
5. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. As we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, the Service does not currently respond to DNT signals, but your experience will not be affected.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification.
